How to Generate Your Refunds by Service Type Report

You can view and download your Refunds by Service Type report directly from your LateShipment.com dashboard. Follow the steps below to access the dashboard and generate the report you need.

Access the Refunds by Service Type Dashboard

1. Log in to your LateShipment.com account.
   
   

2. On your home screen, under One Audit, click Refunds by Service Type.
   
   

3. You will be redirected to the Refund Service Type Dashboard.
   
   

What You’ll See in This Dashboard

The dashboard includes:

• Refund Service Type Report
  
  

• Refund Service Type Pie Chart
  
  

• Detailed Table View containing all service-type refund data
  
  

You can review all relevant information directly on this screen.

Download the Report

You can download the table in multiple formats:

• PDF
  
  

• CSV
  
  

• Excel
  
  

Simply click the Download option and choose your preferred format.

Generate a Custom Report

To generate a refined or filtered report:

1. Select Carrier
   
   

   • Choose a specific carrier
     
     

   • Or select All Carriers
     
     

2. Select Invoice Date
   
   

   • Pick the required invoice date range
     
     

3. Select Invoice Number
   
   

   • Choose specific invoice numbers
     
     

   • Or select All Numbers if you want a complete report
     
     

4. Click Generate Report to view your filtered results.
   
   

Reset Filters

If you want to clear all applied filters and return to the default view, simply click Reset.

? Tip: Use filters to narrow down your refund insights and quickly identify trends by service type.
