Log in to your Lateshipment.com account.
Navigate to the Parcel Audit & Shipping Refunds section in the menu panel.
Click on the Refunds Dashboard submenu.
Here, you’ll see a quick overview of your refund credits, including the total amount of refunds collected across all carriers.
For a detailed report, you can filter by:
