Support Dashboard : An Overview

The Support Dashboard gives your team a quick, real-time overview of all shipment activities and issues — all in one place. It’s designed to help support agents monitor shipment statuses efficiently and take action when needed.

What You Can See on the Support Dashboard

The dashboard displays key shipment categories at a glance, including:

  • Today’s Deliveries
     All shipments are scheduled for delivery today.

  • Failed Deliveries
     Shipments that could not be delivered by the carrier.

  • Predicted Delays
     Shipments flagged as likely to be delayed based on carrier performance.

  • Lost or Damaged
     Shipments reported as lost or damaged.

  • Just Shipped
     Newly shipped orders that have just entered the tracking cycle.

  • Exceptions
     Shipments with carrier exception scans (e.g., address issues, customs holds).

  • In Transit with Delays
     Shipments still moving but currently behind schedule.

  • Returned Shipments
     Shipments marked as returning to the sender.

This consolidated view helps your team quickly identify problem shipments and proactively reach out to customers when needed.

Filter by Date Range

You can also filter shipments by a specific date range using the calendar picker at the top of the dashboard. This is particularly useful for reviewing performance during:

  • A specific month

  • Holiday periods

  • Campaigns or sale events
