What You Can See on the Support Dashboard
The dashboard displays key shipment categories at a glance, including:
Today’s Deliveries
All shipments are scheduled for delivery today.Failed Deliveries
Shipments that could not be delivered by the carrier.Predicted Delays
Shipments flagged as likely to be delayed based on carrier performance.Lost or Damaged
Shipments reported as lost or damaged.Just Shipped
Newly shipped orders that have just entered the tracking cycle.Exceptions
Shipments with carrier exception scans (e.g., address issues, customs holds).In Transit with Delays
Shipments still moving but currently behind schedule.Returned Shipments
