The Returns Processing Time Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your return operations — helping you track how long each return takes to move through the entire process and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Where to Find It
Log in to your LateShipment.com dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click One Return.
Select Returns Processing Time under the Analytics section.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard displays detailed information for each return with the following columns:
Why It’s Useful
This dashboard helps you:
Measure how long your returns take to complete.
Identify bottlenecks in your returns process.
Optimize operations for a smoother customer experience.
Filtering by Date
If you’d like to view data for a specific period:
Use the Date Filter in the top-right corner.
Select your desired range.
Click Apply to refresh your dashboard view.
Downloading the Report
You can export the entire report for offline analysis or sharing:
Supported formats: CSV, Excel, and PDF.
Click the Download icon on the dashboard and choose your preferred format.
That’s It!
You can now easily monitor, filter, and download your Returns Processing Time data to gain insights into performance and identify areas to improve turnaround time.
