Understanding the OneTrack Dashboard

Modified on: Tue, 9 Dec, 2025 at 9:49 AM

The OneTrack Dashboard gives you a complete, real-time overview of all your shipments, highlights issues that need your attention, and helps you take proactive action to reduce customer dissatisfaction and operational costs.
Below is a breakdown of each widget, metric, and status you’ll see on this dashboard.

Today’s Expected Deliveries

This section shows the total number of packages expected to be delivered today.

Predicted Delays

This metric shows shipments expected to be delayed based on carrier movement patterns.
Identifying them early helps you communicate with your customers before they experience a delay.

Failed Deliveries

These are shipments where the carrier has attempted delivery three times or where the customer was unavailable.
Carriers usually reroute these packages to the warehouse. Reviewing this helps you prevent returns and reach out to customers proactively.

In Transit With Delays

These shipments are still in transit but are already delayed beyond the expected delivery date.
This metric helps you identify customers who might need proactive communication or compensation.

Shipment Statistics (Last 30 Days)

Here’s an overview of all package statuses tracked over the last 30 days.

1. Total Packages Being Tracked

The total number of shipments monitored in your account.

2. Shipments in Transit

These shipments are currently moving through the carrier network and have not yet reached the customer.

3. Predicted Delays

Shipments that are likely to be delayed based on carrier scan patterns and historical data.

4. Exceptions

Shipments that encountered unexpected carrier-reported issues such as:

  • Weather delays

  • Mechanical issues

  • Address problems

  • Customs holds

These require closer review.

5. Packages Suspected Lost

Shipments that show no carrier movement for an unusually long time.

6. Lost / Damaged Shipments

Shipments officially marked lost or damaged by the carrier.
These are eligible for claims or refunds.

7. Just Shipped

Packages that just entered the carrier network, typically within the last few hours.

8. Packages Delivered

Shipments successfully delivered to customers within the expected timeframe.

9. Packages Delivered with Delays

Packages delivered later than the promised delivery date.
These shipments may be eligible for carrier refunds depending on service type.

10. Returned Shipments

Shipments returned to the sender for reasons like refusal, failed delivery attempts, or return label usage.

11. Undeliverable Shipments

Packages that the carrier was unable to deliver due to issues such as:

  • Invalid address

  • No secure location to leave package

  • Delivery restrictions

These typically require customer follow-up.

12. Unused Shipping Labels

Labels that were created but never picked up by the carrier.
This helps identify unused labels that need cancellation or review to avoid unnecessary charges.

Daily Shipment Statistics

This section shows shipment volume trends by date.
You can monitor how many shipments were processed on a specific day and compare daily performance over the last 30 days.

Carrier Distribution
