How to Search and Filter Return Orders by Product Type on LateShipment

You can easily search, filter, and export your return orders by product type directly from your LateShipment.com dashboard. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to Your LateShipment.com Dashboard

Go to LateShipment.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the “One Return” Section

From the left-hand menu, click on “One Return.”
 This section gives you access to all your return order details.

Step 3: Select “Return by Product Type”

Once inside the One Return section, click on “Return by Product Type.”
 You’ll now see a dashboard displaying all returns that have been initiated, categorized by product type.

Step 4: Search for a Specific Return

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find a search bar.
 You can search for returns using product name, order ID, tracking ID, or any other relevant details.

Step 5: View Return Details

Each return entry includes the following details:

  • Tracking ID

  • Order ID

  • Product Name

  • SKU

  • Quantity

  • Reason

  • Type

  • Note

  • Requested On

  • Status

  • Estimated Delivery Date

  • Delivered On

  • Shipment Status

  • Shipping Cost Waived

  • Shipping Cost

  • Expiry Date

  • Customer Note

  • Order Value

Step 6: Apply Filters

Click on the “Apply Filter” option to view only the returns that match specific criteria.
 You can filter by product type, return reason, status, or any other available field.

Step 7: Export Return Reports

If you’d like to download a copy of your return data, use the Export option.
 You can export the data as a CSV or Excel file for easy reporting and analysis.

Tip: Using filters and exports helps you quickly identify patterns in returns and streamline your reverse logistics process.
