You can easily view and manage all your filed claims from your LateShipment.com dashboard. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your LateShipment.com Account
Go to LateShipment.com and log in using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘One Audit’ Section
Once you’re in your dashboard, click on “One Audit” in the left-hand menu.
This section contains all the tools and reports related to your shipping claims.
Step 3: Open the ‘Claims Filed’ Dashboard
Click on “Claims Filed.”
You’ll now be able to view the Claims Filed Dashboard, which displays detailed information about all the claims you’ve filed.
Step 4: Review Claim Details
In this dashboard, you can view:
All Filed Claims along with their current status and details.
Claims Filed by Service Type
Claims Filed by Account
Step 5: Generate a Claims Report (Optional)
If you’d like to download a report for your records or analysis, simply use the “Generate Report” option to export a detailed summary of all filed claims.
Tip: Regularly reviewing your claims helps you track refund activity and identify areas for carrier performance improvement.
