I ship through a third party shipper. Can I still get refunds for delays?

You are eligible for refunds as long as your carrier invoices you directly. LateShipment.com integrates with all major shipping carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and more, allowing us to track and recover refunds for service failures such as late deliveries and misbilled packages. If your shipments are invoiced through a third-party shipper, any refunds we recover will be credited to the third-party account rather than your own.
