With this integration, tickets can be automatically created in Zoho Desk for the delivery events you choose, ensuring that your support team never misses a critical update.
How to Connect Desk.com with LateShipment.com
Follow these steps to set up the integration:
Log in to your LateShipment.com account.
Click on Returns Experience Management.
Select Helpdesk.
From the “Select your Helpdesk” dropdown, choose Desk.com.
Enter the email ID associated with your Desk.com account.
For the delivery events you’d like tickets created, turn the toggle ON.
Click Submit to complete the setup.
Tip: To avoid unnecessary tickets, enable only the delivery events most relevant to your business, such as delays, exceptions, or failed deliveries.
