With this integration, tickets can be automatically created in Zoho Desk for the delivery events you choose, ensuring that your support team never misses a critical update.

What Happens After a Ticket Is Created?

When the status of a shipment in transit, for which a ticket has already been created, changes:

  • Any new updates to the delivery status are automatically reflected in the same ticket.

  • This ensures your support agents always have all shipment-related details consolidated in one place, making it easier to track and resolve issues efficiently.

How to Connect Zoho Desk with LateShipment.com

Follow these steps to set up the integration:

  1. Log in to your LateShipment.com account.

  2. Click on Returns Experience Management.

  3. Select Helpdesk.



  1. From the “Select your Helpdesk” dropdown, choose Zoho Desk.

  2. Enter the email ID associated with your Zoho Desk account.

  3. For the delivery events you’d like tickets created, turn the toggle ON.

  4. Click Submit to complete the setup.

Tip: To avoid unnecessary tickets, enable only the delivery events most relevant to your business, such as delays, exceptions, or failed deliveries.
