Designing a great post-purchase experience is simple with LateShipment.com. Our drag-and-drop Tracking Page Builder lets you fully customize your Returns Tracking Page—either by starting from scratch or using one of our ready-made templates.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Returns Tracking Page Builder
Log in to your LateShipment.com account.
On the left-hand sidebar, click Returns Experience Management.
Under this section, select Customize Tracking Page.
Click on the Builder tab to begin.
2. Choose a Workspace
Inside the builder, you’ll find 8 available workspaces.
You can use these to create and manage different versions or variations of your tracking page (e.g., seasonal designs, A/B tests).
3. Select a Template or Start from Scratch
You have two options:
Use a Pre-Built Template
Choose from 3 professionally designed templates.
These offer a great starting point with optimized layout and content blocks.
Build From Scratch
Prefer full creative control? You can start with a blank canvas.
Use the Elements panel on the right-hand side to add:
Text blocks
Shipment details
Images and banners
Support links, FAQs, and more
Simply drag and drop elements into your workspace to start building.
4. Save and Publish Your Page
When you’re happy with your design, click Save to store your changes.
Review everything thoroughly.
Once you're ready to make the page live, click Publish.
Tip: Always preview your page before publishing to ensure everything looks and functions as intended.
Pro Tips
Use upsell banners or product recommendations to increase post-purchase revenue.
Add your branding (logo, colors, fonts) for a consistent customer experience.
Keep messaging clear and informative to reduce WISMO (“Where is my order?”) inquiries.
