Integrating Klaviyo with LateShipment.com helps you automate and personalize return-related email notifications for your customers. Here's a quick guide to set it up in just a few steps.
Step-by-Step Integration Guide
1. Access the Returns Notifications Settings
Log in to your LateShipment.com dashboard.
Navigate to the Returns section from the main menu.
Click on Returns Notifications.
2. Connect to Your Email Tool
Inside Returns Notifications, click Integrate Email Tools.
From the dropdown menu, select Klaviyo.
Click Connect App.
3. Authorize Klaviyo
You’ll be redirected to Klaviyo’s authorization page.
Click Allow to grant permissions.
If prompted, log in to your Klaviyo account.
4. Log Back Into LateShipment.com
After authorization, you’ll be asked to log back into your LateShipment.com account.
Once logged in, the connection status will update to Connected.
That’s it! You’re all set.
Your Klaviyo account is now connected to LateShipment.com's Returns Notifications. You can now start sending timely, branded return emails directly through Klaviyo.
