How to Connect Your BigCommerce Store with LateShipment (One Audit)

Integrate your BigCommerce store with LateShipment.com to automatically sync your orders and shipping information for shipment tracking, delivery experience, and shipping analytics.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • An active LateShipment.com account.

  • Admin access to your BigCommerce store.

Step 1: Install the LateShipment.com App

  1. Log in to your BigCommerce admin panel.

  2. Open the BigCommerce Marketplace.

  3. Search for LateShipment.com.

  4. Select the LateShipment.com app from the search results.

  5. Click Install.

Step 2: Authorize the Connection

  1. After installing the app, click Connect Your Store.

  2. Review the requested permissions.

  3. Click Authorize to allow LateShipment.com to securely access your order and shipping data.

Note: These permissions are required for LateShipment.com to import shipments, monitor tracking events, and provide shipment visibility.

Step 3: Verify the Connection

Once the authorization is complete:

  1. You will be automatically redirected to your LateShipment.com My Carriers section.

  2. Add the shipping carrier(s) used by your BigCommerce store.

  3. Save your configuration.

Your BigCommerce store is now successfully connected to LateShipment.com, and shipment data will begin syncing automatically.
