Follow these steps to approve, reject, or cancel a return request in your LateShipment account:
Log in to LateShipment.com
Go to your Homepage.
Access Returns Management
On the left-hand menu, under Returns Experience Management, click Manage Returns.
Find the Order
Use the search bar to enter the Order ID and press Enter.
Approve or Reject Items
On the return details page, you can approve or reject individual items in the request.
Select the desired option next to each item.
Cancel the Entire Return Request (if needed)
To cancel the whole request, click Cancel Request.
A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Confirm to finalize.
