How can I direct my customers to the return portal?
You can drive your customers to the return portal using one or more of the following ways:
1) You can add the link to your return portal on your website. The most commonly used places on a website are the header or footer menus.
2) A link to the return portal can be attached to email notifications sent to your customers. For example, you can add a link to your return portal in the email that is sent out to your customers when the package has been delivered.
3) To enable a seamless post-purchase experience, you can also add a link to the return portal on your order tracking page. So, once an order is delivered, your customers can come back to the same tracking link if they’d like to return the item.
4) Link to your return portal can also be included on your return policy page.
