Can my customers check the status of an active return from the portal?
Yes. Your customers can simply enter their order ID & email on the return portal and they will get access to all the active returns along with a link to the return tracking page.
If the order ID entered also contains other items that are eligible for a return, an option for your customers to initiate a new return will also be available.
To make tracking more accessible for your customers, we also include a link to the return tracking page in relevant email notifications. The tracking page will contain the status of the return and the tracking information of the item returned from when it is shipped by the carrier.
