Where can I update my return policy?
Your store’s return policy is available for your customers to view on your Return portal before they initiate a return request.
You can update your store’s return policy by logging in to your LateShipment.com account and navigating to “Return Policy” available on the menu to the left. This is also available to you under the Get Started milestones on your account.
To simplify things, we provide a default return policy template. You may review this and change this in accordance with your store policy. All changes made here would reflect on the Return Policy displayed to shoppers on your Return portal.
