You can view, create and manage your email templates by selecting the "Manage Email Templates" option under the Settings menu. 

You can create as many templates as you may require by clicking the "Add email Template" and can automate email delivery for up to 10 events. Other email templates created can be used when manually initiating email communication to customers from LateShipment.com. The rich text editor in the template manager lets you add links and images to your templates to include brand images and designs to your emails. You can also use the source code editor to build the template using HTML. This feature gives you granular control  to design the notifications and build them to your liking.
