How to Cancel a Return Request

This guide explains how to cancel a return request on your LateShipment returns dashboard. 


Start the process by navigating to the returns experience management.
Step 1: Go to Manage Returns. Here, find the list of initiated returns.

Step 2: Select the return that needs to be canceled.

Step 3: Locate Cancel Request on the top right of the screen. Click on this to cancel the return request.

 

Remember, canceling a shipment in the initiated stage is only possible. Once it moves to in-transit or any other stages, cancellation is not an option.
