How can my customers access the tracking page?
To enable convenient tracking for your customers, we have added a link to the tracking page in two places:
1)We attach a link to the tracking page on the email notifications sent to your customers regarding the statuses of their return.
2) Your customers can also track a return from the return portal. All they would need to do is enter their order ID & email on the portal which will lead them to a list of all active returns. You customers can simply select the return they would like to track, where they will find a link to the tracking page.
