How many custom rules can I create? 

 

We currently support the creation of one custom rule that allows you to define products by Tags and/or Product IDs, and the associated return methods (Refund/Exchange/Store credit) and custom return window (if required). 

 

As part of our future release, we will be extending this functionality to not only allow the creation of multiple such rules but also the ability to configure advanced conditions and specific outcomes.
